VMSA Meeting in Kinglake PDF Print E-mail

VMSAFriday 21 May saw the Kinglake Village Community Hall Kitchen inundated with over 90 men from Mens Sheds around Victoria attending a Victorian Mens Shed Association (VMSA) Meeting.

KRMS Shed Coordinator, Cris Ruhr, discussed the long road for the Men of Kinglake to finally get their Shed, KRMS Mens Health & Education Coordinator, Janeden River, brought to the enthralled audience, the upcoming #1 Creek Timber Project and it's hopeful effects on the Community and finally, Matt Falla, Bushfire Recovery Facilitator (& KRMS Committee Member) gave a fantastic talk on the roles of Volunteers after a major disaster.

Thanks to all who came and assisted in the setup and clean-up of the Hall, and most importantly thanks to the Community Dinning Team who served a fantastic meal to all attendees.
